Hanan Yanny Hanan has been making homeware and jewellery out of recycled magazines and paper since 1991. Inspired to find a local and sustainable material source Hanan turned to waste paper from magazines and newsprint. She creatively uses these materials to make mirrors, clocks and chandeliers. The tea light holders made from tissue paper are perfect for outdoors and indoors, they come in both natural and vibrant colours. Hanan Yanny studio is based in Cape Town and employs women from the local communities. |
